Running a business or organization without clean financials is a risk you don't have to take.
Messy books lead to missed deductions, failed audits, and decisions made on bad data. When you can't trust your numbers, everything gets harder — from planning your next quarter to keeping your board or bank happy. You deserve better than that.
Need Something Beyond Monthly Accounting?
Questions We Hear All the Time
Pricing is based on your transaction volume, organizational complexity, and the level of reporting you need — not arbitrary hourly rates or padded estimates. During our first call, we'll review your current setup and give you an accurate quote. No surprises, ever.
Monthly bookkeeping includes transaction recording, bank reconciliation, accounting entries, and monthly financial statements. Form 990 preparation, audit support, and system implementations are separate projects. We'll be explicit upfront about what's in scope — you'll never see an unexpected charge for work that should have been included.
That's more common than you'd think, and it's exactly what we're equipped to fix. We'll assess where things stand, give you a flat-fee quote for cleanup work, and then move you into a monthly plan. Getting caught up is a one-time project — staying current is the affordable part.
No. We support clients on QuickBooks, other accounting platforms, and our own Account Cloud Unity system. If your current tools are creating gaps or headaches, we'll tell you honestly — but the decision is always yours. Services and software are completely separate.
We need your full-year financials, donor records, and program detail by mid-February to file comfortably ahead of the May 15 deadline. If your books aren't closed, we can help with that too. Earlier is always better — for accuracy, for your sanity, and for ours.
